Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is experiencing some minor difficulties. My mouse cursor on my laptop seems to be disabled and I'm not entirely sure how I manage to disable it but I was needing help on how to enable it so I can use my touch screen and my cursor at the same time while I work. Please lend me some advice, please and thank you.
