Product: 15t-dy100

I have clone the M2 disk of my laptop (7BJ14AV HP Notebook 15t-dy100) and it will not boot. After showing the HP logo, it will bring up the screen offering me the options to do several things including Troubleshoot.  I tried that but when it asks me for my password and I enter it, it says password is invalid.) 

 

I tried duplicating the C: disk with  Paragon 14 and with Macrium. Both fail the same way.

 

How can I clone my C: drive successfully?  I want to clone the present disk to a new one that is twice as large.
