Hello. I have .efi file in EFI partition for booting Manjaro but it disappeared after booting Linux Mint from USB Flash drive. The .efi file is still there. I can use it by going to boot menu and then manually navigating to the .efi file. But I want to have it as UEFI boot entry in UEFI settings as it was before. There is no such setting in UEFI settings. How can I manually add it?

You have to add the entry to the boot-loader that was created.  Linux has a boot-loader app that can modify the listing, the most popular is called GNU GRUB.

You will need to do your own research, however as I have only used Windows based apps.  I have used the free version of  EasyBCD , but I have no idea if that will work if there is no Windows installed.

Yes, I do have Windows on it, although rarely used. I have used similar program called EasyUEFI . That has done it.
