Product: Example: elitebook g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Im trying to forgot pin my laptop because ot always said that my pin is incorrect. I guess i locked it without knowing what happen. Then i tried to direct to forgot pin but i forgot my password on my rhipe account. What is the best solution to recover it? I dont want to format my laptop because i have important file stored there.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords because HP considers that a violation of customer privacy. HP can assist in resetting passwords but if your original warranty has expired, they will charge you for the assistance.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
