There is no such thing as a Master Password -- as a single password that is used across all PCs.

 

If you're talking about a password YOU set, I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way.

For BIOS password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
