I've been having varying issues with our notebook. Some of it was related to bitdefender but I uninstalled it. The other main issue is receiving insufficient disk space messages so I spent time cleaning out unused programs and files. I also opted to do a system cleanup but this failed (no error reading given, just that it failed) and now I can't sign onto my notebook. I just keep receiving preparing windows message when I login and then my notebook shuts down. I didn't system tests- both quick and extensive- and everything passed so I don't know what else to do. Thanks!
