Hp 15 Notebook will not boot with error

HP 15 Notebook, Product # J2X4GUA#ABA,Model 15-r030wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to give my little Granddaughter my older laptop and  I am getting the error  that it wants the  administrator password or powerup password. Its been far to long to remember it. After hitting enter 3 times as suggested, I then get the system disabled number of [ 67764169 ]. Can you help me  please?  Thank you!

I know we used to give out codes to bypass password issues, but sorry -- the Community Policies changed this March such that we are now PROHIBITED from assisting customers in bypassing Admin or BIOS passwords, or in resetting those passwords.

For assistance in this NOW, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly as they will confirm ownership of the PC before providing any assistance -- something we are not able to do from here.
