15-dy2193dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m trying to fix a laptop 15-dy2193dx. It was failing to turn on and took it to a repair shop that said it was a failed motherboard. I purchased the exact board with the correct Rev. The install went fine. Went to power it up and nothing. But this time the power indicator was slowly blinking. White light is 2 seconds on 2 seconds off. The charging indicator grows amber, but when I press the power button it starts blinking as well. If I unplug the charging cable the amber light goes off but the power light continues to blink. If press and hold the power button for 5 seconds the white light stops blinking. Plug it back in and the amber light goes back to a solid light.

There are no lights on the caps/number locks, no beeps, no sounds of a fan or drive booting, and no screen changes.

I’ve pulled the battery, held down power button, reseated ram, and inspected the power button. If anyone has any helpful insights, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
