Product: HP 650 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi when i updating bios F39.A laptop closed and dont open again caps lock blinking 2 time and dont opening also hp 650 bios file cant create usb recovery flash disk like other bios files. File is old created year 2014 only work at windows for updating bios dont creating usb menu or someting. how is i create usb flash disk for recovery   ??
