HP 6570b Probook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I have Hp ProBook 6570b. ( Windows 10 Education 64 bit)  I,m facing auto hibernating error since 2 days.

First time error occurred when I,m using Camtasia Video editor, and I,m rendering my video on power plugged in, suddenly power off and after few minutes when I check my PC its shutdown, When power comes after 20 minutes I again start Rendering my video.... after few seconds Laptop auto goes into hibernate state..

So, I replaced my Charger with new one, because I have doubt that my charger is not good. (its heat up some times).

But even after changing charger the error is not solved. I think my Laptop is heating up because of using Camtasia.

But i,m also shocked when I was working normally on Excell or word, same thing happened, and the PC again hibernate automatically.

Need help.

What should I do know??????
