Product: Hp 8570p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc just won't turn on hp 8570p elite book I7 12GB ram windows 10.when turned on capslock keeps on blinking with no display on the screen please help I already try 

-removing the ram 

-cleaning the pc 

-removinh battery and holding power button for 15 to 30 seconds still doesn't working 

-removing the cmos battery still nothing please help
