Hello,

 

We are rolling out a large number of Elitebook 865 g9 with win10. We are getting more complaints that the pc wil not shutdown.

The user selects shutdown(no remarks of updates). The machine start its shutdown and starts to boot again. Like a restart. But if you do shutdown again same thing happens. Whatever you do do it keeps doing the same thing. Only a hard stop (powerbutton 30 sec) helps. A few hours later same thing. 

 

Its like 5 of 70 machines started doing it. 

All the same image, same drivers, same updates.

 

Any suggestions?
