HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D4AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I am writing to report an issue with my new HP ENVY x360 laptop, which I purchased recently. After just one day of use, the laptop no longer powers on when I press the power button. Additionally, when I connect the charger, the LED indicator next to the charging port does not light up.

I have tried multiple times to turn on the device, but without success. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I have also attempted a hard reset by holding down the power button for an extended period, but the laptop still does not respond.

Hi @Marilenasilvana,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your Laptop that is not powering on.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

-Perform a power drain on your PC.

 1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.

2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.

3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.

5) Power on the PC and check if it boots into Windows now.

-Try connecting an alternate charger which is compatible to confirm if there is an issue with the charger or try the same charger on another laptop that uses the same type of charging port.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
