Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This morning my internet connection  stopped. I restarted the laptop and it restarted but  issue not resolved. 2nd time i tried to restart but the laptop hanged in on log off. I pressed the power botton several times to power off the machine.

But the machine stucks on restart. I can get in safe mode. I think this gives you the possibility to fix issues. Pls HELP!

Thank u!

@APh3

If the PC boots OK in Safe mode, but not otherwise, that means one or more of the drivers and/or apps that are being loaded at Startup is failing -- and we here can do nothing to fix that.  You have to take the actions to find the problem and fix it yourself because we here have no access of any kind to your PC.

To find the problem, you have to first, disable ALL the Startup Items.  You do that by pressing Ctl-Alt-Del keys at the same time and selecting Task Manager, then you open the Startup Tab.  You then disable ALL the items.  After that, reboot.

If the PC works now, it is one or more of the items that you disabled.  To find out which ones, you have to repeat these steps:

1) Go back to the Startup tab

2) Enable the top-most Disabled item

3) Reboot

4) If the problem returns, the item you enabled is the problem

5) If not, you have to repeat these steps for each disabled item in the list in turn

Once you know which items are the problems, you have to contact the vendors for each item and get the latest version to replace the one that is bad.  You have to do that -- we can not do that for you.

Thank you for replied so fast. I disabled all startup applications in the start up tab.

But still the laptop don't boot. It stucks at reboot.
