Product: Pavilion 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has started freezing at random times. Sometimes it freezes instantly after security interface, and sometimes it freezes after hours. I don’t understand what the problem is, it’s definitely not the hard disk I’ve run all tests and it says it works fine. Im just really frustrated, im a cs student need to get this fixed asap please help

Also it doesnt have to have heavy programs running to freeze sometimes it lets me play a game like valo and sometimes it freezes while being idle its really the laptops choice so I’ve never been more confused and inconvenienced
