My laptop has been thermal throttling recently as it had been like a year since ive repasted it and i used cheap that time. It was working perfectly fine before though it was hot.

I followed the official hp guide and the service manual and replaced the thermal paste (with a better brand) and the depleted CMOS cell.

Now it refuses to turn on. It gave me a error code at first. When the battery was connected the power led glowed white for a bit and turned off afterwards when i pressed the power button it doesnt always showed any sign of life but after 2 times or so the power button glowed and the power led glowed 9 times the amber color and then completely turnes off. The capslock key also glowed for a time. Ive also noticed that the fan is not spinning. After i let it charge for a bit the charge light was continuously glowing.

Its been like 30 minutes on white, but now its been blinking the power led the amber color continuously.

I am now completely confused any help would be much appreciated.
