Hi, my I am [Personal Information Removed]

Recently I purchased a Hp EliteBook 8470p from a second hand shop.
As a general procedure I resetted the windows 10 but upon re-start the laptop shows no os detected. So I thought the reset may have courupted. I prepared a installation media to install new windows 10. But to my horror the laptop is in secure boot sate and will not let me to use usb for installation. And further unfortunately the bios is locked with a administrator password. I think earlier this laptop must be owned by a company been given to a employee. Pls help me I want to reset the bios password. I purchased this for my online studies. I cannot afford a new one or any alternative. My exams are coming pls help me pls.
I talked to the service centre here and they to contact customer care. I contacted customer care and they gave me the no. Of service centre.
After been in tears I thought community may get me in touch with a technician.

The shop keeper has no idea who earlier owned this laptops and as he had given me in working condition he is not takking it back.
