Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
In my hp elite book 840g3 laptop has bios lock to remove that I am using hp cloud recovery tool in that asking product id i give L3C64AV BUT IT SHOW product id doesn't match or invalid, please contact hp support so

you need to use HP Cloud Recovery Client software for your business notebook EliteBook 840 G3.
