he should show you the damage,,

and liquids inside any electronics , never infiniate systems, to dead to crazy effects.

rain,coffee,cola,  all are bad. from bad to worse.

others can see, that most times its a hands on diagnosis,,,, not text box, ready.

 

mine has keboard drains, but only work for minor leaks, not floods... ever.

the third pin on keyboard pinout put tape on it, so the third pin makes no contakt, will allow you to bypass some bios checks on hardware,

I know this thread is rather old, but I’ve encountered a similar issue on my Elitebook 2540p - the notebook wouldn’t go to BIOS and it restarted itself every 10 seconds or so. The LEDs flashed during each cycle. I my case, it was dead CMOS battery (CR2032 type, it’s hidden under the keyboard) - when I replaced it, the notebook worked normally again.
