Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After upgrading my NVMe 256Gb to 512GB, HP 840 g8 doesn't boot again even with the old ssd. When I insert the power cord or the battery, the power button blinks very fast thrice and then the caps lock also comes on for about 5 seconds, goes and then power button comes for about 15 seconds and the cycle begins again. When I connect a USB hub or external drives, their LCDs also blink at the same time the power button blinks three times fast. I have removed the RAM and tested it in another PC and it worked. So my guess is that it's not the RAM. I have inserted the old ssd back and also attempted to boot without any SSD but nothing works. My warranty got expired in January so I really need your help and suggestions.
