Product: HP EliteBook 850 G1 Base Model Notebook PC

Hello.

I have an Hp elitebook 850 G1 and in this morning won't turn on. The power button light it's on and the heatsink it's very hot and the fan didn't start.
all of this happening without press the power button.

I unplug the SSD, memory.... everthing who can be unplug.

could be the procesoor burned?
