I received a new Elitebook from work so I haven't used mt Envy M6-P113DX for a couple months. I tried to turn on today to update my Garmin. Nothing! no led, no start up, nothing. Charger is good, tried with Elitebook all good. Disconnected the battery to no avail. (battery was not recalled and always preformed well) Held power button 30 seconds etc. no help. Not a peep out of it! Any ideas here? Thanks

Hi @JimKnu
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try a hard reset -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.
3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.
4) Plug-in the Adapter.
5) Try to turn on the computer.

Computer would not turn on, I haven’t used for a couple months, it wouldn’t turn on, I plugged in charger, no charging light, I verified charger works with my other HP. I disconnected battery, plugged in , no light, reconnected battery. No light won;t turn on.
