Hp envy x2 bios password

Hi, i have an hp envy x2, i can use it normally, but

i can´t enter bios password, After entering incorrect password three times it gives halt code: 92504192

It's any way someone can help me?

Hi

i have a hp envy x2 with win 10 32 bits

now i can enter in the setup bios configuration, but i hava a new problem!

in order to change the bios password, y modify de password administrator setup, ant the boot password.

now, when i turn on my pc, always prompt for password to run.

i tried to quit, but i dont see the option for desactivate, only to change it,  i want enter to windows without boot password from bios!
