HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn0003ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I have an issue with my HP envy x360 cn0003ca. It won’t turn on or charge after i opened it and tried checking battery state and ram if possible

for upgrade.

- battery needs replacement (bloated)

- ram was removed then inserted back with battery in place

- tried removing battery  and use only ac adapter as power source still not turning on

after this laptop won’t turn on or charge.

hope anyone can help me out as I use this for work.  Thank you in advance

Sorry, but it's not unusual for a laptop to refuse to turn on when the battery is dead, even when connected to a charger.

All you can do at this point is replace the battery and hope that it then turns on.

If the charger is faulty or the charging circuit in the laptop is faulty, this will happen again with a new battery -- but you are unable to check either of these until the laptop is able to boot into Windows.

Hi! I was able to replace the battery. But still no response. No charging light showing. And still not turning on.

Since this is probably now out of warranty, since you can't turn it on to run diagnostics, all you can do is take it to a local laptop repair shop and see if they can do anything to check it out.  There is nothing we can do for you from here.
