Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Laptop keeps shutting down out of nowhere. This started happening 1 week ago, but i thought it was because I did not charge it. It would only happen once every 2-3 days(shut down randomly). Now It happens as soon as I try to turn it on. I can hear the fans starting but then it stops and the laptop shuts down. Sometimes it will turn on for 5 minutes then it will shut down.  I  have been trying to reset my laptop but by the time it finishes backing up personal files it shuts down. I have also noticed that the power button blinks when i try to turn it on.
