HP G62
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer was working fine recently until 1 day I tried to turn it on and it would not turn on. The power button is blinking. The charging port light is not on. None of the keyboard lights are on. My battery is toast so it needs to be plug in at all times to work. I know my mother board is not dead as I used a replacement battery and it booted just fine, however was not charging. I have used multiple chargers and still no luck.

I have tried troubleshooting it. Holding the power button for 30 seconds and removing as much hardware as possible still no luck

Can anyone help me

Thanks

@Suffyyy

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, this sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
