Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so while I was using a software on my hp laptop, the system suddenly began to lag seriously which has never happened before, so I did a force shut down.  When I put the laptop back on, it came on and began to boot but after a while it went back off. I tried putting it back on again, it came on but this time with nothing on the screen. The fans were rolling for some seconds, the lights on the keyboard came on too but after like 3-5 seconds it shut itself down again.

Please!!! what do I do.

I've tried removing the battery and holding down the power button for some seconds but it didnt work.

Thanks for the feedback, I've tried all the steps but it didn't seem to work out.  I forgot to mention that the laptop on trying to boot, flashes a white light on the caps lock once and the systems goes of immediately. I thought it wasn't important detailing that also until I saw the beep codes although mine wasn't on the list.

@Azeymz,

Thank you for the update.

It looks like a hardware issue and I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Cheers!
