Hello, my laptop keyboard stop working one day. I was able to use the onboard keyboard to update the BIOS and any Keyboard software that was available through HP. Still nothing, i look for trouble shooting on HP, and it said hold down the Windows key/ B key together and then press the power button for 1-2 seconds. I also removed the RAM and Wireless card as suggested. Now my laptop is stuck on a black screen with.
F1 system info
F2 system diagnostics
F3 Initiate intel
F6 Enter setup.
and so on.
Thank you for your help.
I also attach an image of the problem. Is there any solution to get me back to the home desktop?

The BIOS menu displays in firmware, so even if there was no hard drive, you would still see that.
But if you can't get beyond that, it is most likely a hard drive issue.
If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024
If not, to check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu
3) Press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
