Hi so my windows laptop usually works and it was working last time i used it a week ago but i went to turn it on yesterday and it wasnt turning on i assumed it was the battery so i charged it as usual and the white light was solid until i tried to turn it on by pressing the power button with the charger still in the white light charger led then flashes several times and then goes back to solid white led without turning on what do i do? (I have only had it for a year)

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that your HP notebook does not power on.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center
Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
