I initially did a reset, it failed. Then it gave me the option to continue to Windows 10, I clicked that it brought me to the flashing hp logo and won't go any further. I tried the bios update, went all the way through and then brought me back to the same blinking logo, help please!!

Hi @ShekinahJiy,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

This is a wonderful place to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.

I reviewed your post and understand that the computer is not booting to windows.

I’d love to help!

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Meanwhile, follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

ADJUST SECURE/LEGACY BOOT & BOOT ORDER AS NEEDED.

If you can make a DVD or USB on another machine, then try the above.
