I am getting following error with my hp long generic test for hard drive.

What does it mean?

Result = ExecutionFailed
ErrorCode = 306 FailureId = RUX47A-7NLA6L-MFPV7F-61J313 ================================================== LongDST failed: HGST HTS541010A9E680, JA100A103W0STM The previous self-test completed having the read element of the test failed (0x7).
 
How to repair it?
