Product: Hp mini 2102
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When I power on my mini it powers on with all the lights and sounds like it's going to start up but doesn't and just goes to a black screen with a little cursor at the top left corner of the screen and them I can't get it to do anything but be a door stop .please help
