Hi there 

 

I have a hp notebook 15 it started to get hot so I replaced thermal paste like I have for years on other devices but when I put together it dosnt turn on for longer than 4s I press power button then a caps lock like comes on then laptop cuts out dosnt repeat unless I try and turn on it confuses me because I have done many pc desktops and laptops and this is a first
