Hi @lokirambo,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're still experiencing issues with your HP Pavilion laptop even after replacing the SSD. If the laptop is stuck on the HP logo screen with a loading spinner, and you’re unable to boot into Windows, it indicates that there might be a problem with the boot configuration or hardware configuration.
Here’s a structured approach to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check BIOS Settings
- Restart your laptop and press F10 (or the appropriate key for your model) to enter BIOS/UEFI settings.
- Ensure that your new SSD is recognized by the BIOS. Check the Boot Order and make sure the SSD is set as the first boot device.
- Verify that the SATA Mode (often found under Storage or Advanced settings) is set to AHCI, especially if this was the mode used previously.
- Save any changes and exit the BIOS. This will reboot your laptop.
2. Perform a Hard Reset
- Shut down your laptop completely.
- Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
- Press and hold the power button for 15-30 seconds to discharge any residual power.
- Reconnect the battery and power adapter, then power on your laptop.
3. Check the New SSD Installation
- Ensure that the SSD is properly connected. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause boot issues.
- Make sure the new SSD is compatible with your HP Pavilion model.
- Inspect the SSD and connections for any visible signs of damage.
4. Try Booting from Recovery Media
- Use another computer to create a bootable USB drive with Windows installation media. You can use the Windows Media Creation Tool.
- Insert the bootable USB into your laptop and change the boot order in BIOS to boot from the USB drive.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

So I tried all of the methods which you said and HP support told me I need to reset the HDD. I installed the windows in the new ssd and as I told you I used to have the issue before replacing the ssd. I did all.the things and the only way I can open my laptop is power on click escape go to bios f10 and save changes and exit and luckily it Opens but then if I just normally power on the laptop it gets struck. Everyone tells me all these bios things but there's no proper solution untill now.
