So I have pressed F11 all The Times until it brings you up to the troubleshooting then it gets to password now have no clue of the password that the kids need to reset it to be back to normal and I've just got no clue

Could you please elaborate on the issue? Are you not able to log in to your computer?

When was the last time it worked normally?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
