Product: hp spectre 360

I just bought a refurbished hp specter, it was refurbished my hp and the computer took very long to turn on and now that it did it has been on a loading screen with hp in the middle for like 20 minutes...

Refurbs are usually sold with a 90 day warranty. Did you receive any confirmation of that? I would contact the seller or HP. If you contact HP you will need the Serial number which should be in tiny letters on bottom of case.
