Thank you for your replay.

I have an HP Spectre.  OS windows 10. 64 bit

The worst product ever. From week 2 I got a blue screen  message. Went to the store that said it was due to an update and not worry.  2 week lates again. Now it was past the swap garantee. I contacted HP UK and the spent 6 hours doing the following:

Troubleshooting Steps Performed- UEFI test, BIOS setup, Windows update, PC reset.

I was told to book it in. This is not a year old. I booked it in. It came back and problems continue. They want me to book a laptop in again thats not even a year old.

This is only some of the errors that I manged to have my camera out in time.

HP is by far the worst product and provide the worst service. I just started a new business, you know how difficult it is for me to operate if my laptop is gone? I invested in this because I thought it would be worth it for my business.  I regret it so far.

Hate is what I would use to describe how I feel about buying this product.

I am posting my story everywhere too. I am also considering tell a friend of a friend that works at a radio station here about my experience.

I have even more I just do t have time to resize. As you can see it's various faults. What's worrying is it has twice happened now while I'm working and I lost everything! I am signing a new contract this week which will be great for my new business.  HP want me to book the device in, so I don't know how I am going to do work! I'm beyond stressed.

Just to add,  the HP repair centre reloaded the

OS. And like I said, still a problem. Anyone in their right mind can see there is something seriously wrong with this laptop and guess what? My warranty expires tomorrow! Which is just great as I have been complaining before it expired and it's not working. I am so angry

Just an update. I reached out to HP on whatsapp again, on social media again and was told someone would contact me. Not a soul has contacted me. I signed a big contract for my new business and I have to start with for a client this Friday (today is Tuesday), if I am unable to work I am sure my business will close. The HP repair centre that had my laptop already for repairs, want to take my laptop again but it wont be back by Friday. So I can send my laptop in or potentially lose my business. Not support from HP, no compassion or sympathy because no one has called or reached out to me. I sent through a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission in my country and requested an exchange. I think the best option now is a refund to get a different brand.  I cant deal with they terrible service. I can tell you its terrible because I worked for a bigger electronics company for 15 years and cant believe how little effort is taken to help a client with legitimate issues and proof of the issues.
