Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0003dx

My hp spectre x360 laptop will not turn on. I’ve left it charging overnight thinking the battery died but when I go to press the power button the led light next to the charging port just blinks 3 times. It does not have an indicator that it is charging when I plug in the usb cord. What can I do to get it to work? I’ve tried disassembling and taking the battery out, I’ve tried using other chargers, nothings working.
