My hp stream computer goes to the hp logo then goes to the blue screen which is normal, but then it goes black and starts over. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing as worked. Mine has a sealed battery. I am a college student who needs my computer for school and my classes start in a few days. So please help me as soon as possible. Please and Thank You.

My issue has been solved. If your computer is stuck on the HP logo, it is because windows is corrupted. You need to download a new windows onto a USB drive and install it on your computer. If you need help go to SphereNix Support and they will work with you for as long as it takes. They can chat through text like here, but they also do phone and live chat services.

The last day was the 26th of this month. It is windows 10, it came with windows 10. No I have not, it was having a problem with the sound whereitwas freezing up and I reset it by mistake when trying to restart it. I have tried troubleshooting from my computer and from the guide on here.

I've tried them and they don't work. The CMOS windows+v then power key does nothing, but my computer is from 2015. I can only do the first part of bios, because I have USB port in the tablet I'm borrowing. I can't tell if the hard reset is working, but I've tried it. I've tried to repair, reboot, and reset it but nothing is working.
