I understand you would like to know how to disable warranty check on your PC.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes to your PC?
The genuine OPBHOBroker.exe file is a software component of HP SimplePass by Hewlett-Packard.
HP SimplePass is a biometric authentication software. OPBHOBroker.exe is a browser plugin associated with HP SimplePass.
The issue is caused by HP support assistant try the steps recommended below.
Use the following steps to open HP Support Assistant.
In Windows, search for and open HP Support Assistant.
The first time you open HP Support Assistant, a Welcome to HP Support Assistant window opens.
In the list select 2nd option which says "Enable your PC to show contact options, warranty information, and important support messages.
Select No from the list.
This should display stop displaying the warranty pop up on your PC.
If the issue persists uninstall the HP support assistant and Update the HP support assistant using this link.
