Hi @211Jay

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

To help identify the root cause and guide you properly, I’d like to confirm a few key details about your HP device and what exactly is happening during startup:

 Device Information

  • Exact product name or model number (e.g. HP Pavilion 15-dwxxxx, HP Victus 15-fbxxxx)
  • Is it a notebook/laptop, desktop, or All-in-One PC?

 Current Symptoms

  • Does the system power on (fans/lights visible)?
  • Is the HP logo displayed, or does it remain on a black screen?
  • Are you seeing any error messages, blinking LEDs, or recovery screens?
  • Is the system stuck on a loading screen, or does it reboot repeatedly?

 Recent Context

  • Did you recently install Windows updates, a driver, or change any hardware or BIOS settings?
  • Was the system working fine until now, or has this issue developed gradually?

 Previous Steps Tried

  • Have you tried hard reset, BIOS access, Startup Repair, or Safe Mode boot attempts?
  • Is the system able to boot from USB or recovery media?

Once you share this information, I’ll tailor the next steps accordingly. If you’d like help identifying your exact model, you can usually find it on the device’s bottom label or by checking the HP Support device lookup page.

Ready when you are.

The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
