Hi everyone,

Ive recently come upon the problem of my notebook wont start and its really bugging me out lately because i use it for school and i cant really use it at this point.

The problem is that the notebook wont boot at all, its really worrying me and i was wondering if any out there can help me.

Things thats weirding me out is that it shows text on the screen if i try to access the ESC to start menu or F10 to the bios but then the text at the bottom left corner stays there and doesnt move anywhere and if i dont press anything on startup it really just shows a blank screen with backlight on.

Things ive tried,

  • Ive tried opening it up and pulling the cord out of the machine and waited 5 hours for it to reset the cmos while it doesnt have a cmos battery i hoped this would help.
  • Ive tried running it plugged in the cord after waiting 6 more hours for the cmos to run out.
  • Ive replaced the ram with eachother (switched them around) and also run on one stick only.
  • Ive tried all the F1-10 buttons for any response.
  • Ive tried to take out the M.2 disk and reinsert it again but no luck at all

When i took out the battery and put it in again it gave me this message:

The CMOS cheksum is invalid. The CMOS will be reset to the default configuration and will be rebooted. Please check your BIOS setup to see if they change

CMOS RESET (502)

ENTER - Reboot the system

It need to be said that after this i tried pressing ENTER for reboot but no changes and ive tried multiple times taking out the battery and reinsert it where i get this screen again but no changes.

Sorry if my english is off, its not my first language, but i hope you guys can help me.

Many Thanks from Laurits
