Download a BIOS update file (spxxxxxx) from your drivers download page.

 

Run the downloaded BIOS file as administrator. If the Firmware Update and Recovery screen appears, cancel it and go to C:\SWSetup\spxxxxxx and double click the folder. You'll see HpFirmwareUpdRec64(.exe) there.
