Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To find the serial number on your HP laptop, you can try one of these methods.
Using HP Support Assistant:
- Open HP Support Assistant (search for it in the Windows search bar).
- Select My devices and then your laptop.
- The serial number should be displayed on the Specifications tab.
Using Command Prompt:
- Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Enter.
- In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter.
wmic bios get serialnumber
- Your serial number will be displayed.
On a Label:
- Look for a sticker on the bottom of your laptop or inside the battery compartment. The serial number is usually printed there.
