Here is the problem:
After uninstalling ubunto OS and removing GRUB bootloader, I am getting 'system bootorder not found, initilizing defaults
Reset system' error and keeps flashing evertime. System doesn't boot and keeps on going in a loop. I tried startup repair and BIOS default setup, but it didn't help. Please help me out.

@Yash24 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are getting the system boot order not found, initializing defaults Reset system error.
Please perform the hard drive test and check.
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to Component test.
5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.
If the test is passed, please perform the recovery.
