Is your notebook still in warranty?

If yes, contact HP for warranty service.

If not, I suggest that you follow the advice given in the error message screen.

Copy your data to an external device before the old one crashes.

Replace the hard disk with a new one and proceed to install Windows on it.

The specifications for the original storage device is PCIe® Gen 4.0 x4 NVMe™ TLC M.2 Solid-State Drive.

You can install a new PCIe® Gen 4.0 x4 NVMe™ TLC M.2 Solid-State Drive that is up to 4TB in capacity.
