I am unable to access my HP Laptop 14-cf2111wm home screen although it's turning on, I am not able to see the password icon to enter my password. I am just seeing the lockscreen picture.

Sorry no one has responded before this ...

 

If you setup a PC to login using fingerprint or facial recognition, it will not show a password login box.  Is this how it was setup?

 

If not, how old is the laptop and how long has this been happening?
