@Santy4, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you're stuck in the BIOS setup utility on your HP Laptop 15s-du3564TU and unable to exit, don't worry — here are some troubleshooting steps to try.

First, in the BIOS setup utility, check for an "Exit" or "Save & Exit" option. You can often navigate to this option using the arrow keys. If you want to exit without making any changes, select "Exit Discarding Changes" or "Exit Without Saving".

If you've made changes that you want to save, select "Save & Exit".

Hard Reboot

If you can't exit the BIOS setup for any reason, you can force a reboot:

Power off the laptop by holding the power button for around 10-15 seconds.

Once the laptop powers off, wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to turn it back on.

If the laptop boots into BIOS again, repeat the steps from above to exit.

Reset BIOS to Default Settings

If there’s a chance that a setting has caused your system to get stuck in BIOS, you can reset the BIOS to default settings:

In the BIOS setup, look for an option like "Restore Defaults" or "Load Setup Defaults" (often found under the "Exit" or "Security" tab).

After loading defaults, select "Exit Saving Changes" or similar to save and exit.

Check Keyboard Functionality

Ensure that your keyboard is working properly. If some keys (like Esc, F10, or Enter) aren’t responding, the issue may be with your keyboard, or there might be a stuck key preventing proper exit.

Update BIOS

If this issue happens frequently, it could be worth checking if there is a BIOS update available from HP's official support page for your model. Sometimes, bugs in the BIOS can cause boot or exit issues.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
