Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

See title. using forced restart (long press on start button) I only get as far as hp logo black screen with juggle balls before it quits. This happens with battery in or out and charge cable plugged in or not. Was not having problem with computer before replacing battery. Any ideas?

was anything else done other than the battery replacement?

 

Something must have happened.  Can you run diagnostics?

 

Tap the ESC key after powering on to run diagnostics. Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail. If your system does not have BIOS diagnostics then install HP's UEFI diagnostics here.
