At the moment I am in Germany and I will contact HP support in Athens after the 24 July when I'm back.My problem remains that I couldn't create that usb stick using the sp55430.exe or the older version sp50335.exe and while in the demonstrating video looks pretty straightforward ,in my case were always error messages and HP doesn't mention the necessary hardware or software ambient to be used so those two sp...exe run as expected.If I had those necessary informations my problem would have been solved.As I see other users have the same error messages and I didn't see any reply from HP.

Thanks for the reply, if you are unable to create the recovery kit on a USB stick, request you contact our phone support to get a copy of the kit.
